Product Description: IRF4 is a transcriptional activator. Binds to the interferon-stimulated response element (ISRE) of the MHC class I promoter. Binds the immunoglobulin lambda light chain enhancer, together with PU.1. Probably plays a role in ISRE-targeted signal transduction mechanisms specific to lymphoid cells.

Formulation: 250 µg/mL in 0.1 N Tris-acetate, pH7.0, 0.01% NaN3.

Immunogen: Human IRF4 peptide-KLH conjuates

Specificity: The antibody recognizes IRF4 at around 50 kd.
